Process

The production processes are based on following a set of procedures, conditions and controls, referring to Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Standardized Operating Procedures Sanitation (POES), and Traceability Procedure; With the aim of preserving the safety that is an essential attribute to guarantee the safety of food and that can meet the demands of the markets.
